Join Julie for a vinyasa yoga flow among the lavender fields overlooking beautiful views of Wachusett mountain.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, practicing in the open air creates a deep connection to nature, the apparently limitless sky, and to the present moment. The calming scent of lavender combined with movement of the body and breath will leave you feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated to appreciate the onset of summer.

Friday 7:30-8:30pm Sunset Yoga in the Lavender – a practice to appreciate the light in our lives on the one day a year with the most light.
Saturday 10-11am Vinyasa Yoga in the Lavender – morning vinyasa practice to energize you for the day. Enjoy the peace and solitude one hour before the festival opens.
Sunday 4-5pm Restorative Yoga in the Lavender – a practice focused on the balance of effort and surrender. Poses are held longer both with and without support to encourage strength (effort) and release (surrender) .
Bring a blanket and two blocks. Some blocks will be available for use. Yoga mats will be provided.

$20 per class.  A VIP or General Admission Lavender Farm Festival ticket is required for the day of your class.
