Friday 7:30-8:30pm Sunset Yoga in the Lavender – a practice to appreciate the light in our lives on the one day a year with the most light.
Saturday 10-11am Vinyasa Yoga in the Lavender – morning vinyasa practice to energize you for the day. Enjoy the peace and solitude one hour before the festival opens.
Sunday 4-5pm Restorative Yoga in the Lavender – a practice focused on the balance of effort and surrender. Poses are held longer both with and without support to encourage strength (effort) and release (surrender) .
